A founding member of LT Senior Services, Barker Keith has co-owned Lakeway Aquatic Physical Therapy for almost 25 years alongside his wife, Dr. Melody Medley-Keith. Treating everyone from pediatrics to seniors, they have worked with countless clients from Lakeway and surrounding communities through water- and land-based treatment techniques.


The practice is also a certified Lake Travis sports medicine clinic that provides sports concussion rehabilitation, and is a certified Lee Silverman Voice Treatment [LSVT] Big facility, which is a program that treats Parkinson’s Disease Symptoms.


Weight training has shown to be beneficial across every age group, including seniors and even those with chronic illnesses. Some of the most noteworthy benefits include decreased fear of falling and diminished age-related declines in muscle mass, strength, and muscular power.
