Join us for our annual Aging Well and interact with our Exhibitors and learn about services and products for Aging Well. 9:30 am: Event Check-in

10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Exhibitor Room is open

10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Flu Shots are available

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Speaker Presentations

12:00 pm: Lunch is served in speaker room

Flu Shot/Covid Booster Information

Plum Creek Pharmacy will be onsite offering flu shots and Covid Boosters from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

If you would like to receive a flu shot and or Covid Booster, please bring the following:

- Your insurance and or Medicare card.

- Photo ID.

- Filled out consent form (you can get it at the Expo or beforehand by emailing coordinator@LTSeniorServices.org
