Tracy King, currently serving as Senior Care Manager at CareFor, is a Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Certified Case Manager, and Private Professional Guardian with over 20 years of experience in care management. Her extensive background includes specialized expertise in brain injury, hospice care, dementia, and aging in place, providing compassionate and comprehensive support to patients and their families.
